HACP Community Health Awareness Days

Each summer, the HACP is joined by its many service providers and community partners to host Community Health Awareness Days at our family communities.

Residents can learn about the many resources available to them, while also enjoying a day of fun and fellowship with games, raffles, food, and activities.

Our W.O.W. CyberBus mobile computer labs are also on-hand to help residents with computer education and workforce development.

Any service provider interested in partnering with the HACP during our Community Health Awareness Days should fill out the RSVP form HERE.
