Clean Slate E3, NEED Surpass $1M in Scholarship Awards for Aspiring HACP Youth

The HACP's nonprofit affiliate, Clean Slate E3, and its partners at NEED, awarded 38 scholarships (24 new & 14 returning) for the 2026-27 school year. Not only is this the largest group of recipients, the two organizations surpassed the $1 million funding milestone since the program's 2009 inception.
